We produce all of our embroidery designs 'in-house'. This is
a digitizing process with which our designer transforms your
logo into an embroidered design. Our Production Manager has
been overseeing our design and production for the past nine
years. His combined experience and expertise produces the
highest quality creation, production and presentation of
your designs.
Set Up Costs
On first orders there is a one off payment set up fee, which
covers the creation, production and retention of your
design. This costs £10.00 per 1,000 stitches. The average
size for a design to go on the left chest area is about 70mm
x 50mm. The average stitch count for a design this size is
5,000 stitches, so the set up cost is £50.00.The set up for
a design of lettering only is £20.00.
New Design Approval
All of the new designs that we produce are run on a sample
piece of fabric which are given to the customer, for
approval, prior to production. They are then stored and
recorded for future reference.
Additional Embroidery
Repeated Design Alternative Position: Should you require any
additional embroidery of the same design in a different
position there will be an additional charge of £3.50 per
position per garment.
New Design Alternative Position: Should you require
additional embroidery in an different position of a new
design, there will be an additional set up cost, plus the
£3.50per position per garment.
Individual Names: These can be added with no set up at a
cost of £4.50 each for a single garment or £3.00 for more
than one run of the individual name.
MINIMUM ORDER FOR EMBROIDERY IS 6 GARMENTS.
This may comprise of different garment type subject to
suitability.
