SCREEN PRINTING
We are able to produce screen prints in our workshops in a small batch of just 10 items on our hand carousels or we can produce thousands of prints, in up to 6 colour prints or 4 colour process printing on our automated presses.

Set Up Cost
Screen set up costs are £25.00 per colour, and this includes priming your artwork into a suitable condition for printing.

Additional Printing
Additional print colour costs £2.00 for up to 49 shirts and £1.00 extra for more than 50. For print runs of more than 250 items, please phone for a quotation on 01952 276464.

Back prints can be applied to any garments at a cost per single colour print of £2.50 for up to 49 garments and £1.50 for more than 50 garments. These prices are for screen printed back prints only.

MINIMUM ORDER FOR PRINTING IS 10 GARMENTS. This may comprise of different garment type subject to suitability.

THERMAL TRANSFERS
Thermal transfer printing enables us to print full colour designs, in short runs. This is ideal for printing designs which are too complicated or expensive to embroider or screenprint.

Set Up Cost
Thermal Transfer carries a set up cost of £25.00 regardless of size.
The cost for a Thermal print per garment is £2.50 plus catalogue price.

Additional Printing
If you require a transfer print on the back of any garment that we have put a front logo on, the cost is £5 for an A4 size print, set up £25.00. Individual names can be applied at a cost of £5.00 each and large football numbers cost £5.00 each.

MINIMUM ORDER FOR THERMAL TRANSFER IS 6 GARMENTS. This may comprise of different garments types subject to suitability.
